Shipping

Once orders are received, we will personally confirm it through e-mail or telephone. All orders will be shipped within 7 working days, via UPS ground, or U. S. Postal Priority mail unless otherwise specified. If we are not extremely busy, it will be much sooner. If there will be a delay, we will let you know. If you are in a rush, let us know, and we will do everything we can to push your order through. If you have any questions about shipping, we will be happy to work with you on a one-to-one basis.
International Orders: Please inquire directly through eMail about shipping other than U.P.S.

Security & Ordering

Credit card transactions are enrypted using 128 bit encryption and may be considered safe. We also accept PayPal. However, if you are not comfortable with online transactions, simply choose Personal Check or Money Order as your payment method at checkout. You may then mail your payment to the address listed on our Contact Us page. Please note that orders will be delayed while we wait for your personal check, cashier's check or money order to clear our bank. Also, please do not send CA$H.

Returns

Items purchased through our online store that have been opened may be returned within 10 days, for a store credit only, if returned in new condition. Please contact us for return shipping instructions. Customer is responsible for 100% of shipping costs unless the item is defective in which case we will refund shipping costs.

A small percentage of all sales will be donated to various animal rights organizations of our choice. We use Recyclables in our shipping materials whenever we can. It helps save cost, and it helps save the environment.
